Booking conditions and rules
Reservation payment policy
- 50% of the total booking amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining amount will be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
Reservation cancellation policy
- 100% of payments made are refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date or earlier.
- No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled after, i.e., 29 days or less before arrival.
Reservation deposit
- A refundable deposit of €300 is required.
For groups of more than 16 people
- The rate has a base price for up to 15 people and a supplement of €20 for each additional person per night, which is already included in the rates shown on www.villahuerta.com.
- For groups of more than 16 people, please check with the owner before booking, as direct bookings only allow 16 guests.
About renting for celebrations
- No celebrations of any kind are allowed, especially if any music equipment other than the speaker available in the villa is to be used.
- If the reason for the rental is to hold any type of event, the host must be notified before making the reservation and their express authorization obtained.
- Rentals are not permitted to groups that do not include at least one person over the age of 25.
