Payment Schedule
- 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
- The remaining amount must be paid 15 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- 100% of payments made are refundable if the reservation is canceled 30 days or more prior to arrival.
- 0% refundable if canceled less than 30 days before arrival.
Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit of €300 is required.
Notes
- The base rate applies for up to 15 guests, with an additional fee of €20 for extra guest per night, which is already includes in the rates showed at villahuerta.com.
- For groups larger than 16, prior consultation is required, as direct bookings are limited to 16 guests maximum.
